I’m very disappointed with my experience with KatKin.

I signed up because it was advertised that you can cancel at any time, and the help pages clearly explain where and how to cancel. However, when I followed those instructions exactly, and there was no cancellation option anywhere. I’m using desktop, not mobile, and I checked thoroughly.

After the initial discount ended, the price jumped to nearly £80, which I cannot afford. I feel very upset because I would never have signed up if I’d known it would be this expensive or this difficult to cancel.

I also feel misled, as the service says cancelling is easy, but in my case it wasn’t possible through the website at all. I’ve had to email to request cancellation instead, which is stressful and frustrating.

Overall, this has been a negative and disappointing experience. The service is far too expensive for me, my cats weren’t keen on the food, and the lack of a clear cancellation option has left me feeling tricked and unhappy.

But to clerify My negative experience was just the canclastion and price. katkins food is good but in my case my cats were not that keen on it and kept wanting the other food they usually have instead. I even tried the suggestions but I guess it's just not for my cats. Also customer service repled fast and cancelled my subscription. I thanked them for doing that and Appriciated that.

hi I read your reply in trust piolet I appreciate your understanding and fast reply. if there is anything I can help with I would be happy to help. Also what I am doing now is I'm trying another cat food service as a trial and after that I might even give katkins another try as the customer support team have been so helpful but in my second try i will try and see if there is any lower price options for a lower budget. also if I'm happy with my second try I would be happy to change my trust piolet review to positive as well. thanks again hope to hear back soon. I will try katkins again probably next month after my current trial of untamed has finished. Will have to make aa new account though as I think my current one is deleted but that's fine
