I wish I had found this website before ordering four of these cutting boards. Upon receiving them, I requested a return because they seemed small and flimsy compared to other titanium cutting boards. I emailed for instructions and received multiple responses offering discounts of 25%, 45%, and finally 70% off my original payment. Each time, I reiterated that I just wanted to return the product. After my fifth email, I received a return address along with a very threatening message regarding the return. I included pictures of my items and the return email because I'm worried they might claim I didn't return them in their original condition.
