I wish I had discovered this website before buying four of these cutting boards. After receiving them, I requested a return since they felt small and flimsy compared to other options. I reached out for assistance and received multiple emails offering discounts of 25%, 45%, and finally 70% off my original payment. I reiterated that I just wanted to return the product. After several attempts, I finally got a return address, but it came with a very threatening message about the return process. I've attached pictures of the items and the return email, as I'm concerned they might claim I didn't return them in their original condition.
