My order was placed on 1-6-26,I've never received a tracking number after being told it has been shipped twice. I've talked to several people who say they will get in touch with shipping and email me the number. The last person I spoke to was Carol, a Customer Service Representative, who sent me an email saying the order had been dispatched and they would send me an email shortly with the tracking #. That was 2-9-26 at 11:22 AM it is now 2-12-26 and still no email with a tracking number.
