Ordered 1 bra from this company, which I should have know better. Received bra way too small. The following is excerpts from my emails to and from them: received my bra today and it is WAY TOO SMALL definitely not a 40 DD, the tag on the inside of the bra showed a XL. This bra was more like a 34B. I want to return for a full refund and I feel since the size was way off you should cover the shipping I paid to come to me and the shipping I have to pay to ship back to you. Please advise on how to return.From them: Thank you for reaching out to us. To better assist you, we also kindly request that you provide us with a few pictures of the bra you received and let us know whether the band size or cup size does not fit. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.According to the factory's conversion, 40DD is equivalent to XL, so you can rest assured that the product you received is the correct size. We deeply apologize that the product does not fit you as expected, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.We understand that each individual has a unique body shape, which can sometimes affect the way a product fits. Unfortunately, there are instances where a product might not fully accommodate the diversity of body shapes among our customers. We hope you can empathize and understand that we always strive to provide the best shopping experience possible.After careful consideration and a thorough review, we determined two solutions below:Option 1: Refund 30% of the product value and 20% discount for your next order.Option 2: Refund 40% of the product value. From Me:I do not agree with either option. I want a full refund, I have brought bras online before and normally a 2XL is considered a 40DD. I wanted to try your bra because I love the concept of the front buttons, but the sizing is incorrect and I should not have to pay any thing due the error of your factory conversion.From them: Thank you for your response. We understand that the solutions we initially offered might not have met your preferences. We truly value your feedback and, in light of this, we would like to propose the revised solutions:Option 1: Refund 100% of the product value when you return the package to our warehouse in Vietnam at your postage expense. You may return the item to our warehouse in Vietnam. Kindly note that the shipping fee will be at your expense and maybe around $30, as we are unable to provide a complimentary shipping label.Why Vietnam? We have many warehouses worldwide, and one of them is in Vietnam. We assign specific products to be stored in specific warehouses based on logistical considerations.Option 2: Refund 70% of the product value. To save you from the inconvenience of returning the item, we are delighted to offer you a direct refund of 70% of the purchase price. You are welcome to keep the product and consider giving it to friends, family, or anyone in need.Please inform us of your preferred option in the next 48 hours, and we will proceed accordingly. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will assume you have chosen to keep the item, and no further action will be takenThis company DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY. I FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BE A NEVER ENDING BATTLE ( END UP TAKING 70%) SO I LOST $9.69. ALSO IF A FOREIGN COMPANY WANTS TO SELL TO CONSUMERS IN USA they have to provide a USA return address or buy the return shipping cost.Lesson learn
