This service is an absolute scam. I placed three orders on September 1-2, and over a month later, they still haven't shipped. I paid for tracking and insurance. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare; I've emailed them at least 20 times this past month for updates, and they only replied once asking for the order number I already provided! Don't waste your money here; I've been unfortunate enough to fall victim to this scam. Thankfully, I disputed the charges since these were large orders intended as gifts.
