As a customer since 2006, I trusted their warranty to mean something. When my diamond chipped, instead of honoring the warranty, I was told I would need to pay $1,800 for a replacement. They even pushed me to upgrade instead of simply replacing what I had cared for for years. This feels like a total disregard for loyal customers and the promises made during purchase. I expected support, not upselling. I'm very disappointed and won't shop here again.
