First thing is I bought a couple things from there she did not like any of it poor quality and they lied about the financing I'm supposed to have a year to pay it off interest free but they charge more interest in the minimum payment I will never go back

Disappointed with the quality of the ring

Received a gold plated ring featuring a diamond cross and a birthstone on each side after a 3-week wait. Unfortunately, it appears more suitable for a child due to its small size. The stones are barely visible and lack the vibrant colors shown in the picture. At least the names were correct, I suppose.

A Wonderful Experience with Exceptional Service

While the song "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" brought attention to the gem, it was the representative at the local jewelry store who graciously repaired my tennis bracelet free of charge during my visit. 🖼️-The best sales advice focuses on humanity, not just profit-🖼️ 💍-Reflecting on a recent visit to a local mall, I went in twice looking quite disheveled, fresh from a workout, and not exactly looking my best. 💍-However, one individual treated me with such respect and kindness both times, making me feel valued. She didn’t know who I was beneath the casual attire; she simply understood how to treat people well. A few days later, I returned and ended up purchasing a watch, followed by a ring, and I'm actually on my way there now to buy a chain. ♠️-When you treat someone like they’re important, they start to feel that way. More importantly, kindness and compassion can turn a casual encounter into a lifelong customer. Kudos to the representative for recognizing the person beyond their appearance. ♠️-We often claim to treat everyone equally, but this representative truly embodies that principle. Because she treated me with dignity when I was at my worst, I returned ready to make purchases. Take some time to visit this representative at the mall. 10❌-The takeaway? Disappointing experience with the purchase

I visited the store to buy diamond earrings on 12/18/2025. After selecting a pair, I also purchased the lifetime protection offered. A few days later, I received an email from the store manager informing me that I was charged for the wrong earrings and asked to return to the store. When I arrived to discuss the issue, the manager was unavailable, and another manager took over. She immediately recognized me and the situation. However, when I showed her the earrings, she took them from me and refused to return them, treating me poorly. I was told I could buy them at the price listed that day, with no discount for their mistake or my honesty. I offered to pay extra due to my return, but the response was to contact corporate. Ultimately, I felt unsupported and ended up purchasing diamond earrings elsewhere, spending more than I initially would have at the original store.

Disappointing anniversary gift experience

My husband bought a white gold ring with diamonds for our 50th anniversary, but I am allergic to white gold. When I went to the store to exchange it for something of equal value, I was told I had to spend an additional $1,000, which I refused. I then visited a gold trader who informed me that the gold was only 10k instead of the 18k my husband paid for, and the diamonds were lab-created instead of natural. This experience was frustrating, and I would advise others to be cautious with their purchases.

Loyal customer disappointed

As a customer since 2006, I trusted their warranty to mean something. When my diamond chipped, instead of honoring the warranty, I was told I would need to pay $1,800 for a replacement. They even pushed me to upgrade instead of simply replacing what I had cared for for years. This feels like a total disregard for loyal customers and the promises made during purchase. I expected support, not upselling. I'm very disappointed and won't shop here again.

Correction on previous review

I previously left a review stating the manager was rude, but I cannot find it now. That was a mistake. I normally have great experiences at the store. I was upset about the repair cost for a watch I had sent out, but generally, I receive excellent customer service.
