After using kayak they referred me to a 3 party company called prestiga who are now nonresident me over £5,000. I booked and cancelled something in the same day and now all they do is send the same email about my refund. Looks like I’ll have to do a small claims or charge back on my credit card. Kayak should be more careful who they refer their customers to! WillNever use ever again.
