I consistently use this service, and it always offers the best prices across all platforms. While more choices can lead to potential scams, it's not the service's fault. If you get scammed by certain vendors, that falls on them, not the service.
The platform is seriously misleading customers. They advertise “best deals” but push users towards unreliable and shady third-party booking companies that end up scamming people. The prices shown are NOT real. Once redirected, customers face hidden fees, fake availability, impossible cancellations, or no customer support. When issues arise, the service takes no responsibility and hides behind the claim of being “just a comparison site.” This is deceptive and unacceptable. They are knowingly allowing low-quality agencies on their platform and profiting from misled customers. I strongly advise against booking through this service or any third-party they promote. This platform requires investigation and accountability.
Concerning company, users be cautious. They offer very little support, and when you make a booking, it doesn't display in your app trips. I had to call a distant location to find my car rental to cancel and get a refund, only to be told it had to be done through the service—how can that work when they don’t even show the booking on their end? Quick to take your money, but it's a total joke. Please be wary when booking through this platform.
Hidden fees!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with a booking made through the service. After receiving my initial confirmation email, the next day, the third-party agent demanded an additional fee to finalize the flight, citing a vague “price change.” I felt pressured to pay this amount to secure my already confirmed travel. This is unacceptable behavior from a vendor they feature. Their customer service claiming they are “just a search engine” is inadequate. I felt abandoned after using their service.
I booked a refundable one-way ticket for myself and my partner. I immediately set up a Trip Notification to alert me to any price drops. After checking daily for about a month, I received an email notifying me of a price drop of $1600 per ticket. I verified it and booked new tickets, receiving a significant refund to my credit card. Thank you for this amazing feature on your platform.
