This is the last straw for me! I’ve been frustrated for a long time watching my favorite sports on this platform, especially through the app. Despite having a monopoly on these sports, the latest app update has made it unbearable. The new layout is confusing, features I relied on are gone, and I can't properly resume my viewing. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience, and I’d rather not watch at all than continue with this service.
