Like many others, my experience has been disappointing. The representative I interacted with seemed willing to help, but they are constrained by the issues of working for a high-priced streaming service with poor reviews. The company appears indifferent to criticism, as customers continue to pay despite its shortcomings. This creates a cycle where they feel no urgency to improve, as not enough customers are leaving. Consumers want this service and would likely pay if it met quality standards, but the current lack of care suggests they believe they can continue without necessary improvements.
I am experiencing a truly frustrating situation with the service. This is the last straw for me! I’ve been frustrated for a long time watching my favorite sports on this platform, especially through the app. Despite having a monopoly on these sports, the latest app update has made it unbearable. The new layout is confusing, features I relied on are gone, and I can't properly resume my viewing. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience, and I’d rather not watch at all than continue with this service.
I had no issues using the service on Friday, but on Saturday, after entering my password, the webpage just wouldn’t load. I've tried everything, but all I see is a black screen. Days later and multiple chats and emails, and I'm still facing the same problem.
I signed up for a promotional offer but received no notifications about the end of the promotion or the subsequent charge. I only realized I'd been charged when I checked my bank account. Even after the payment, I received no confirmation or invoice, which is very disappointing. It felt more like an unauthorized charge than a legitimate transaction.
Why is it so hard to cancel? I tried to cancel my week-long trial several times, but the website made it nearly impossible. They seem to intentionally complicate the process to catch people off guard with charges. It feels dishonest, and the lack of direct support is frustrating.
