I cannot login from overseas to cancel my account. I contacted them just after a charge was processed to advise they seem to have applied an IP block so I could not login to manage their account. I asked for my money back and they refused. Emails to the complaints team have gone unresponded to and they close Facebook chats without resolving the issue. Kayo is a disorganised mess from a service perspective in my view.
