Frustrating Experience with Billing

I left for a more affordable provider but was still charged for a full month despite notifying them of my switch. Correspondence has been confusing, and after several emails, I was promised a refund in the form of a cheque. Over a month later, I'm still waiting for it. Their lack of efficiency is astounding.
