Very unprofessional, and I have reasons to believe they are dishonest. My order was canceled almost immediately with a vague explanation. I use the same payment method with many online vendors without issue. I suspect their payment process penalizes them for not shipping products, which prevents them from accepting orders. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
