Disappointing Return Policy

Initially, they didn't have the size screwdriver I was seeking, so I opted for a smaller size, which turned out to be too small. Since they don’t offer free shipping, returning the screwdriver would cost nearly as much as my refund, not to mention the hassle of shipping it back, so I’m just donating it. My purchase was an $18 mistake. I will not shop with this company again.

Very unprofessional, and I have reasons to believe they are dishonest. My order was canceled almost immediately with a vague explanation. I use the same payment method with many online vendors without issue. I suspect their payment process penalizes them for not shipping products, which prevents them from accepting orders. I have made many purchases recently and have always had positive experiences. Orders are usually shipped within one business day if items are in stock, and backordered items are typically sourced quickly. The selection from German brands is unmatched, easily surpassing other platforms. Each order includes a complimentary Philips bit. Over the years, I have received packages at various types of addresses without issues. They do provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount. My only suggestion would be to use UPS for shipping as they have provided better service in my experience.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience

I faced significant issues with my orders being canceled twice. The first time, they claimed my information didn't match, so I verified everything with my bank. After placing a second order, it was also canceled! There was a complete lack of professionalism, and they didn’t even bother to call me for clarification, despite requesting a confirmation code during the order process. My husband, eager to stock his garage with tools, is thoroughly frustrated and wants nothing to do with this company moving forward. Weeks have been wasted due to their indifference to customers!
