I paid for the software and it just crashed when I tried to use it - when I asked for support they said they had to 'remotely control' my laptop and download config files - no sane person would let someone they don't know remotely access their laptop and files. They claim a 30 day refund policy, but won't refund if you don't let them take over your computer. Beware.
