Review Time
I bought 2 of the sleep sacks. I think they’re well made and the zippers work really well. The only reason they’re getting a 3 stars is because of the snap closures at the straps. My son is very active and can undo them and slip out of the sacks. This is the first time I’ve gotten a sleep sack either the closures on the shoulders and they just don’t work for our family.
I purchased a pillow for my toddler and two crib sheets. My toddler loves his new pillow and sleeps with it every night. The crib sheets didn’t fit and I reached out to the KeaBabies team to ask how I could return the sheets. They responded without 30 mins and told me to not worry about the return and to keep the crib sheets and that I will receive a refund. I didn’t feel good about keeping them and asked to return them since it’s the right thing to do, but they insisted that I donate or keep them. I can’t believe how professional the KeaBabies team is. I will continue purchasing from them and will refer all of my mom friends to buy from them.
