Took my video and utilized it for advertising without consent. The support team has ignored all communications from my representative. They have profited from the ad created using my intellectual property and likeness, yet I have not received any payment for the earnings generated from my content. Despite having substantial evidence, they continue to remain unresponsive. I'm sharing my experience to inform others.
I had not received my order for over 4 weeks so I contacted them to get an update. There response was we don't have any in stock. Didn't even have the decency to let me know.They offered me different products which I declined and I asked if I could get a different product. There response was we don't have that product in stock either and tried to get me to accept the products they initially offered me. So I asked for a refund or credit. Now they have stopped communicating with me. What a joke. I am not a one off customer. I have bought several products in the past and am a VIP member but never again will I buy anything from these weasels
My package was delivered to the wrong house made a claims report it says claim has been paid for for me to contact acmejoy back an they will finish the claim but it's been now over a month an nothing in return I'm still waiting they want contact u back i highly recommend finding a different site to order from unless u got money to throw away an lots of time to wait
I received the doll Campbel a while ago and i wanted to share my feelings and opinions about her so far.
