STAY AWAY from this service!

STAY AWAY! Be cautious! The pick-up agent attempted to charge us three times the pre-paid rate without any explanation. We were jet lagged but luckily noticed the credit card machine showing 2000 pounds (the pre-paid rate was 600). When we refused to pay that amount, the agent quickly erased it. Then, he denied us the ability to rent a car when we asked to ADD a day to the contract, claiming it couldn't be extended. We offered to pay for one day separately, but he insisted they don't rent cars for just one day. Unbelievable! Consequently, we had to take an Uber to a local hotel overnight so we could collect the reserved car the next day as per the contract. This completely disrupted our travel plans. Additionally, after our 20-day rental, we returned the car without vacuuming the leaf debris on the floor, and now they are charging us 200 pounds for "damage." STAY AWAY from this service. Preserve your peace of mind.
