DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY On arrival at Düsseldorf, the car was ready and spotless. Good start. We were asked for a security deposit of £753:89. We were told that this would be returned when the car came back without damage.We returned the car without damage and with a full tank of fuel. I asked the Europcar guy about my deposit and he said it would automatically go back in my account.....nothing.I contacted the company and have been told that it can take up to 28 working days to be refunded.....shocking.How can they be allowed to keep MY money for such a long period of time.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
