Arrived late to collect vehicle and was promptly charged for a more expensive car as my car had allegedly been hired out to someone else.Surprising as there were 2 such cars sat there.Felt very much like the charge was made because it could be without any thought for customer service or the chance of future business. Will not be using rentalcars again
