BE CAUTIOUS! Avoid this service! The pick-up agent tried to charge us three times the pre-paid rate without any explanation. We were jet lagged but thankfully noticed the credit card machine displaying 2000 pounds (the pre-paid rate was 600). When we refused to pay that amount, the agent quickly deleted it. Then he denied us the ability to rent a car when we requested to ADD a day to the contract, claiming it couldn't be extended. We offered to pay for an additional day separately, but he insisted they don't rent cars for just one day. Unbelievable! As a result, we had to take an Uber to a local hotel for the night, so we could pick up the reserved car the following day as per the contract. This completely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, after our 20-day rental, we returned the car without vacuuming the leaf debris on the floor, and now they are charging us 200 pounds for "damage." BE CAUTIOUS with this service.
