I was initially pleased with the fit and comfort of my walking boots. I only used them about ten times in the first year, and I spent over £100 on them. Unfortunately, shortly after the warranty expired, the sole of the right boot started to separate. The shoes became unwearable and no longer waterproof. I thought I would reach out to the company to check for a manufacturing fault, but after six weeks with no response, I called customer service. They informed me they wouldn't do anything for an out-of-warranty shoe, not even inspect it. All I received was a promise of a 20% discount on my next pair, which never arrived. Extremely disappointing.
