I bought a pair of boots that split after just two months. They were not inexpensive, so I expected better durability. I then purchased another pair in the same style as shoes, and the sole came off in only a week. This quality is incredibly disappointing. Is there no one in the company ensuring that their products meet a standard?

I've worn these for years, but I can't justify the cost for such poor quality anymore. Less than six months in, the soles are coming off. The fit has also changed from what it used to be. I read reviews about quality issues but thought I’d see for myself—and now I understand. The quality is terrible, and the shoes are uncomfortable. It's time to look for a different brand as this one has become disappointing. It's sad to see this American-made company decline.

When I heard the brand was withdrawing from my region, I purchased another pair for future use. Big mistake! After minimal wear, they split in two places. Given what I've read, I'm not optimistic about my next pair. I can't backdate this review, but the second pair was bought in November 2024, and I only wore them a few months later; now they are unusable.
I placed an order and ensured I chose the right size. After completing the purchase, the size was incorrect for some reason. I called immediately, but they told me they couldn't change it, so I would just receive the item and then return it. I decided to return it for good and said goodbye to the store.
This brand is fantastic! They allow you to wear the footwear outside and return it if you're not satisfied. The boots are comfortable too. My first pair was a work boot I bought online, and I was thrilled with the perfect fit. I loved them so much that I bought a winter pair. They are a bit snug in sizing for the insulated version, but going a size up solves that. I'm definitely coming back! If you need an ambassador, count me in—I truly love this brand.
I was initially pleased with the fit and comfort of my walking boots. I only used them about ten times in the first year, and I spent over £100 on them. Unfortunately, shortly after the warranty expired, the sole of the right boot started to separate. The shoes became unwearable and no longer waterproof. I thought I would reach out to the company to check for a manufacturing fault, but after six weeks with no response, I called customer service. They informed me they wouldn't do anything for an out-of-warranty shoe, not even inspect it. All I received was a promise of a 20% discount on my next pair, which never arrived. Extremely disappointing.
