We recently moved into our Keepmoat home and have been reasonably happy with the layout and build quality. However, the real standout has been the aftercare. New builds always have minor snags, but Oli and his team have been incredible. He is always available to help and fix any issues immediately, which has helped us feel settled sooner rather than later — thank you, Oli!
As first time buyers,Purvinder and Tia have been wonderful every step of the way, they have been prompt, honest, and genuine in their intentions to see us complete our first purchase. We had a wonderful experience with them and are grateful for their hardwork and dedication throughout this journey.
We bought a home with Keepmoat and moved in November 2025, and the aftercare since then has been outstanding. Julie, the Post‑Sales Customer Service Manager, has been exceptional throughout our entire settling‑in period.
She has definitely looked after us, making sure any issues with the house have been dealt with quickly and properly fixed. Julie also carries out regular check‑ins to ensure everything is okay, and she arranges for workmen to come over whenever needed, making sure every issue raised is handled efficiently and to a high standard. Her organisation, communication, and genuine care have made a huge difference to our experience as new homeowners.
Because of the excellent support we’ve received — especially from Julie — we would confidently recommend Keepmoat to anyone considering buying a home. The level of service has truly exceeded our expectations
We had to have a repair done on our shower in our new build home as there was a cracked tile which had been caused by the original installation, which should have been corrected at the time. But if course these homes are built for speed, and not finish quality.
But that being said, when it came to Keepmoat rectifying the issue, it was sorted out fast and done in a very professional manner by the technician, Clint.
Clint was very polite, friendly and good at his job. For the work that he has done, we would give him 5 stars. It's just unfortunate that he had to fix an issue that shouldn't have been left when the house was signed off.
Oliver Morson, Keepmoat Customer Care Technician did exceptionally great today during his visit to fix my new home’s little issues here & there.
He was not just timely, but so courteous and professional in his job delivery. He did his very best to answer my other questions and also in fixing the issues he was drafted to attend to in the first place.
I will recommend him to others over & over again, if he were to be in his own private business. I sure did enjoy the job delivery and the company.

This service is clearly not learning from its mistakes, and now it will face scrutiny as something will be reported in a local publication. The email responses are completely inadequate. The construction work is subpar; the road designs are so flawed that local authorities won't approve them due to insufficient width for two vehicles. This reflects poorly on those responsible for the design in the area. Overall, it's truly unacceptable, and this service warrants a thorough investigation.
The Senior Sales Executive has been outstanding from the initial reservation to our moving day. The home we purchased features high-quality finishes and was completed on time, with the executive and site team going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable during a stressful process. While there are minor issues, the company's response has been prompt and effective. The location is ideal; we moved from a bustling town to the charming village of East Ayton, with friendly locals and close proximity to Scarborough and Pickering. Simply perfect!
