Moved here an year and a half ago, had some issues with my lawn, after being blamed for bad maintenance by customer care personnel I have tried to escalate the issue, been contacted after 3 weeks and been told by the experts, just looking at the pictures provided that I am doing a good job taking care of my lawn and the issue is because of heavy rain. Just dug up a hole in the garden to plant an apple tree I discovered a lot of rubble, plastic sheets, not sure what they are. I am sure the quality of the soil is causing all this drainage issues. Strongly not recommended, really disappointed with the customer care team.
