In short: after my review, the manufacturers contacted me and replaced the unit under warranty at no cost. Original review: I've had two of these, both failed after light use. The second one seems to have a software issue, but I received no response from customer service initially. I later found their reply in my spam folder. I can't assess any positive effect yet. I’m exploring alternatives. Update: Customer service confirmed it was under warranty, and I received a replacement.
