Horrible delivery and customer service experience

I chose next-day delivery but my order took over a week. After significant abdominal surgery, I communicated the importance of the item for my recovery, yet the company refused to resend it and delayed resolution, awaiting a courier investigation. Now, I have received no replies to my follow-up emails. This is a clear lack of accountability and customer care. Not delivering a paid service and placing the burden on the customer is completely unacceptable.

Awful customer support

Mixed experience but some hope!

I purchased a device a while back and had a reaction to the probe. I experienced redness and soreness, leading to infections that lasted for weeks. After a break from using it, I returned and the irritation returned. I discovered I was allergic to nickel. I then bought a different probe that was advertised as allergy-free, but I was hesitant to use it. I researched the electrode pads that came with the device and wondered why I wasn't advised about them as an alternative. Honestly, the support I received regarding my reaction was lacking; they never suggested using the pads. I've started using the electrode pads and will update on my pelvic floor health!

Built-in obsolescence issues

Issues but resolved

In short: after my review, the manufacturers contacted me and replaced the unit under warranty at no cost. Original review: I've had two of these, both failed after light use. The second one seems to have a software issue, but I received no response from customer service initially. I later found their reply in my spam folder. I can't assess any positive effect yet. I’m exploring alternatives. Update: Customer service confirmed it was under warranty, and I received a replacement.
