I ordered new appliances for our home in Palermo from Kelsostore and couldn't be more pleased with the level of service from this company. Since I don't speak Italian (yet) I was concerned it might be an issue. It was never an issue and Alessandro from Kelso was amazing to work with! He kept me informed with updates on the deliveries and was able to help me find products that were not listed on their website. He was able to set up a link for me to order the items that were not listed and I got exactly what I wanted. This company offers products at very competitive prices and the service is top notch!
