I acquired a pair of pre-amplifier and power amplifier at a superb price. I felt a bit anxious after seeing some negative feedback, but everything went seamlessly: communication, clarity, tracking, and more. I'm extremely satisfied! I highly recommend it!
I ordered a high-end wine fridge that hasn't been delivered. I've received no updates from the company after two months. The expected delivery timeframe was around four weeks. Customer service is non-existent. I've had to initiate a dispute process with my credit card provider.

This has been the worst e-commerce experience I've encountered. I ordered an induction oven with a stated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. After waiting the full period, I contacted them and was told it would actually be 5-6 weeks. After six weeks of no updates, I reached out multiple times via various channels, receiving no answers. They ignored my messages, and the customer service representatives were unhelpful. I spent a significant amount, and yet I have no product. If a company wants to maintain a good reputation, they must provide timely and accurate information to customers. Be cautious if you plan to purchase from them; your money may end up elsewhere.
My order for an expensive kitchen was marked as delivered, but it hadn't actually arrived. Numerous calls yielded no results until one representative investigated and confirmed it had not been delivered. The kitchen did eventually arrive, but the service prior to resolution was lacking.
The website is clear and translated excellently into French. The delivery tracking was good, although the start was a bit slow. I deducted one star because the product was labeled as 'second life' (the original box was opened and damaged, but the product itself is like new). Given the discount price, I understand and have no complaints.
I ordered an induction hob with an integrated hood that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 weeks. I have sent multiple emails and messages with no response. Customer service is very poor. The website still shows 'ordered from the supplier,' and it seems I won't receive my item anytime soon. I urgently need someone to contact me regarding my order!
