The delivery service is impressive; the product arrives very quickly, which I appreciate. However, regarding the actual hair, I ordered three bundles of 22 inches, and it wasn't sufficient for a smaller head. The hair feels quite thin, and the amount in each bundle was surprisingly small. I was genuinely disappointed with the quality, as I expected something better. The thinness of the hair was unexpected, and I was shocked by the portion size. Thankfully, I had some extra hair at home to complete my installation, as the three bundles alone were inadequate.
