I ordered a 24,26,28,28. The bundles are very expensive but I assumed I was paying for quality hair. The hair is a nice pattern and soft, but the bundles are very thin. I have a small head and I’ve never needed to use all 4 bundles. I unfortunately need all 4 and possibly another one. The price is not worth what you’re getting in terms of fullness. Very upset, disappointed, and dissatisfied.
The delivery service is impressive; the product arrives very quickly, which I appreciate. However, regarding the actual hair, I ordered three bundles of 22 inches, and it wasn't sufficient for a smaller head. The hair feels quite thin, and the amount in each bundle was surprisingly small. I was genuinely disappointed with the quality, as I expected something better. The thinness of the hair was unexpected, and I was shocked by the portion size. Thankfully, I had some extra hair at home to complete my installation, as the three bundles alone were inadequate.
Hair is absolutely trash once i wanted a refund and spoke with someone from her department. She was very rude. Her name was Keysha trying to tell me it’s the same bundles they’ve been using and I’m wrong about how I feel there’s nothing wrong with the bundles she kept saying.
Paper Thin Boneless Hair. All sales are final. The customer service reps could care less when you call them. She was dry as ever and took forever to answer the phone. If you even touch the hair you bought no refunds/no partial credit for another bundle. They will offer a $30 credit but what's that with those prices? That doesn't even make a dent. Back in 2014-2017 the bundles were perfect. They have gotten greedy and just don't care. $600 down the drain and I have to purchase 2 more bundles just to make it look thick so I don't look like I'm sporting a party city wig.
Wig was too small and they won’t return my money then had the nerve to send it back to me I told them I didn’t want it be careful ladies they are lying about these ugly ass wigs too small smell funky u will be disappointed ladies they just getting money from people
Kendra’s Boutique never ever disappoints. I will only order from them. I have long hair but I still like to get my sew in to protect my real hair. No one ever notices it’s not my hair lol. I switch it up but only using Kendra’s Boutique.
