I had a disappointing visit to the store tonight regarding a faulty item we purchased. A drink cup turned out to be defective, yet the staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The manager referred to a guidebook but offered no apology or solution. We were told that items can't be returned after 28 days, which didn’t apply here as it was a faulty product. There was no clear policy on faulty goods, just an email address to contact, and the manager refused to provide his name for reference. The lack of customer service was truly disheartening.
