I had a disappointing visit to the store tonight regarding a faulty item we purchased. A drink cup turned out to be defective, yet the staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The manager referred to a guidebook but offered no apology or solution. We were told that items can't be returned after 28 days, which didn’t apply here as it was a faulty product. There was no clear policy on faulty goods, just an email address to contact, and the manager refused to provide his name for reference. The lack of customer service was truly disheartening.
I went into the store with my grandmother to get a teddy for my cousin. We discovered that the teddy had cameras in its eyes. While heading to the checkout, my grandmother fell, and one of the employees stood on her. When I asked for help, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility. This was very unprofessional, and I am upset about the situation, especially since my grandmother had to be hospitalized.
The pen quality is really poor, just like another brand. None of their pens seem to work. If you’re going to sell pens, at least ensure they function properly! I’m tired of buying so many pens that don’t work. I hope the business can find a better alternative because this is not acceptable.
