I ordered a white satin blazer in size L but received one with the size tag missing. After measuring, it turned out to be smaller. The support team was polite but advised me to pay shipping to keep the incorrect blazer and receive a new one. After paying the shipping fee, I was charged twice without notification. The new blazer I received was even smaller, and all tags were removed. Their response to my concerns was to try it on, despite the ongoing issue with sizing. I feel let down and cheated.
I didn’t plan to buy the sweater; it was a last-minute addition, but now I wear it every morning at work. It’s incredibly soft and feels broken in, yet still looks new after washing. It arrived neatly folded with no plastic, which I appreciate.
DON'T BUY THERE ; I ordered and canceled my order 5 minutes later.. on 6th of October and asked for a refund, Julie from "customer service" replayed and canceled my order on 7th of October. Since that date she is convincing me refund is coming, but 5 days ago new character named Deo Deo started replying my refund request signing like Judie and convincing me the money is coming .. Today they have new story. Like, the product is delivered and for refund, I have to return the product and they will then make a refund. So, the product was canceled, money was payed, ( payed 138euro with insurance $4..) and got sceemed... I'm repotting this to my bank and Apple pay. p.s. tracking is also a big fake.. it shows my canceled product delivered in a different city..green five stars reviews are fake and coming after real one star review.. you can see the pattern your self just scroll a little. it is 10th of Nov and I didn't received my refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM KENNETH REBELS. If I could give this company negative a million stars, I would. My order (placed on September 17) has yet to arrive, though they have marked it “delivered” and charged me full amount (and shipping insurance) the day of purchase. Stay away!
I had a horrible experience. Really poor quality. I ordered a XXL hooded fleece, they shipped what appeared to be a MED. I don’t know because it had no label or markings. Ordered through Instagram and shipped from China. Took a month. Quality is bad and the price too high. Isn’t worth more than $50. The price was org. $250, and I paid $150. Asked to return and they wanted me to ship it back from the U.S. to Spain for a return or refund and pay for the shipping and customs. Bad experience. Not a real brand.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is the worst site with the worst clothes and the most disrespectful customer support I have ever encountered. I asked them to cancel my order immediately after placing it, but they haven’t canceled it for about a month and a half. They lied to me, saying it was canceled and that the manager of the person I spoke to was ‘still working on the case and as soon as he finishes I’ll get my money back.’ After a month and a half, I wrote to them again and they replied that my package had been delivered. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. Do not buy!!
My order took a month to arrive arrive which it just did 10 minutes ago. The package was poorly wrapped on the outside. When I opened my package it was to find only one of two items wrapped in a ziplock bag, the other not at all just scrunched up.. I ordered an orange hoodie and a white one in XXL what I got was an orange hoodie and a black one both of which were the wrong size, the sleeves don't even come down to my wrists and they're way too tight. The quality of these hoodies is average at best, not at all as they appeared on the website. I read one customer on Trustpilot saying that after four months he still hadn't received his order. These things were over a hundred quid each. I recommend that you do not buy from this company, overall I would describe my experience as being very poor indeed!
