I'm giving this experience 5 stars mainly because the process finally yielded the positive result I was anticipating when I started the process 6 month earlier. There were many ups and downs, many hurdles to clear and mountains to climb. At one point, I was ready to throw in the towel. The most saving grace of all was the assistance and encouragement I received from Chris Nguyen. He was patient, kind, listened to my rants (!), explained, laughed with me, spent time talking me through the recent death of my cat, and he was quite well versed concerning the in's and out's of of the requirements I had to meet. Without Chris, this would not have happened. Without Chris, I would probably have rated this process a 2. I'm very grateful that #1: it's over. #2: I can now pay ALL my bills, buy the new refrigerator we so desperately need, and not worry about where my next meal is coming from. #3: Go to Finland.

We had heard frightening tales from friends and family regarding reverse mortgages. With overwhelming bills and the threat of foreclosure, we decided to contact a reputable company.
