Terrible experience with the company

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for a bike. The day after I received it, I reached out to initiate a return. The response I got questioned my confusion about the parts. That was it. I'm just a parent trying to get a replacement part for my child's bike, not an expert. When I followed up after that dismissive response, I was told that all sales are final. I recommend finding a reliable bike seller instead. This experience has been disappointing.
