After 8 days without my order, I called the company for an update and was told they shipped it three days after my order. They claimed they had no record of my email regarding the undeliverable package. After nine days, I received the wrong part. Warning: Expect problems with the wheels. I bought two bicycles, and the front wheel on my wife's bike is unusable. My front wheel squeals because it rubs against the brakes and was also poorly wrapped. The cycle shop repair person was unsure if he could fix them.
