I ordered a brake caliper for my bike, expecting it to arrive in 2 to 6 days. The only shipping option was USPS. After 6 days, I received an email saying I needed to contact USPS because the order was undeliverable. After 8 days without my order, I called the company for an update and was told they shipped it three days after my order. They claimed they had no record of my email regarding the undeliverable package. After nine days, I received the wrong part. It’s frustrating to deal with such errors, and getting a refund seems like it will be a hassle.
