Damaged bike with missing parts

The bike I received was damaged and had missing parts. While some small parts may have fallen out of the box, larger components, like the headrest for the recumbent bike, were clearly not included in the shipment. When I called customer service, I was told to be patient and that they would get back to me. The hinge part is missing, rendering the bike unusable. This has been very frustrating, and given the numerous negative reviews, I wish I had invested in a higher-quality product.
