This has been an extremely poor experience. I ordered an item days ago and sent two emails for assistance without any response. The initial order indicated a shipping label was created for delivery by UPS by the 18th. When I called customer service, I was told it was still in the warehouse. The representative had no one to contact for further assistance. This has ruined the Christmas present for a special needs child. When I inquired about canceling the order and getting my money back, I was told it would take 3-5 days. No managers were available to speak with me, and I requested an escalation for this awful experience, but there was no resolution.
