Frustrating Experience with Returns

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for a bike. The day after it arrived, I contacted the support team to initiate a return. Instead of assistance, I received a response questioning how I could confuse the parts. That was all I got. As a parent just trying to find a replacement part for my son's bike, I don't have the expertise of a bike builder. When I followed up after that unhelpful reply, I was told that all sales are final. I recommend looking for a more reliable bike company. This experience has been very disappointing.
