The removalist guys were terrific . Strong, efficient and very helpful . Our problem was that on the day we had booked to move ( 11 Feb ) the Kent office in Melb contacted us to say they hadn’t received our electronic payment . Our move was delayed to following day . At last minute on 12 Feb Kent could still not find our payment . We had to pay a second time to ensure that our furniture would be moved on 12 Feb . Then we were told they found our first payment . And acknowledged that we had in fact paid the previous day . Kent did reimburse us and we did not have to wait 21 days for this second payment to be refunded . It was a very stressful experience especially as my husband was in middle of radiotherapy for cancer when Kent demanded the second payment .( which had already been received )
