We moved with Kent 10 mins down the road and I didn't expect it to be such an ordeal. Firstly I was severely underquoted for truck space even after a super awkward video call (where I had to show some dude in Adelaide my whole house) leaving multiple large items with no way to get to the new place. Kent reluctantly sent back the same crew the next day to collect the rest who then questioned us on why we would complain and get them in trouble. Secondly I was charged hundreds of dollars extra for things like cartons to put TVs in and transport and "difficult access fees". No special cartons were used for TVs, and the truck parked out the front of my home with no difficult access whatsoever. When I asked if I could get a refund for the services I paid for but weren't provided (and provided a photo showing the ramp of the truck touching my doorstep almost) I was told that it would be done ASAP. It's now been two weeks and my emails are being ignored and still no refund.
