What went right with our move? NOTHING.Totally agree with previous comments. You are made to pay total upfront otherwise they won't confirm uplift of goods. Then you have absolutely no financial recourse with them. Our uplift was in July with a delivery date in August. Half of our goods arrived on the due date to be told that there were missing boxes and furniture. No communication with customer service despite numerous phone calls and emails. Finally get communication from a supposed Manager and then the Head Honcho. We had damaged goods, insurance excess $500 and then asked to sign a release document. We still have not received our goods and no confirmation of when that delivery might be. I should add that the guys doing the uplift and delivery were great. Pity their work ethic didn't cross over to the operation staff.Also have had family members use Kent for an overseas posting. Goods that were supposed to be put into storage arrived at the international destination. THEY GENUINELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
