DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH KENT!I thought that paying extra for a reputable service would result in more care and better customer service. I was wrong. Kent charge me over $11,500 to move from Brisbane to Perth and damaged almost all my boxes and furniture.By far the worst removalists I have used with no care or common sense. They stacked clearly labeled fragile and light duty boxes underneath heavy boxes, took literal chucks out of my furniture, knocked off the backings of cabinets, scraped almost everything I own. Scraped the wall of my rental.Now they want to take all my damaged furniture from me, including an expensive scrabble set with the wood chipped off that I want to keep for sentimental reasons, in exchange for paying me the insurance that I paid for?! I have a full-time job and a child and I have already had to wait weeks/months to replace furniture I chose not to bring. I can't raise a child in an empty house and I don't have the time or money to immediately replace everything.
