Our move with Kent was the worst removal company we have ever used, and we've moved more than a dozen times intrastate and interstate.After damaging two major items (one fully insured) they refused to fix them, despite repeated assurances otherwise by telephone. Kent demanded access from 7am (despite us being 2 hours from their depot) and on the day of moving in, didn't even show up or call us. We waited for hours and had to chase them up only to be eventually told they didn't even have our container in the state! Yet they had only called the afternoon prior to confirm the move.Four separate people promised the operations manager would call us -- which never happened within the promised time frame and only eventually happened after our continual follow-up. Two items that were assembled when packed up were refused to be reassembled -- and damaged in transit. We even had to point out they'd left our sliding door sitting against the back fence (and in the rush to put it back on, wasn't even done correctly and we had to fix that ourselves).We also found Kent's rubbish (used label sheets) dumped in our bedroom furniture.NO CARE WHATSOEVER. Will never use them again. Terrible service; I would leave ZERO stars if that was possible.
