To begin with the service from the team at kent were fantastic, then I paid the invoice, and from then on, the service completely disappeared. If I wanted to know anything about the move, I had to ring head office several times to get the information, this included trying to find out where the packing materials and boxes were, so we could actually pack our belongings, of which only the boxes arrived, and we ended up paying for the bubble wrap and tape ourselves. They never even confirmed when the truck and removalists would arrive, without us chasing for several days prior.Since the move we have sent feedback to kent, and their customer service team have called several times to ask for more information, but the only offer made to make things right was $50 to cover the packaging materials we had to payout for, given the packaging materials came to more than 3 times this, we declined.This is the first time I've used a company to help me move, I would normally do it myself, but I thought paying someone else would be less stressful, I was wrong, and it has put me off ever using a service like this again.
