The two guys were friendly and polite, organised, efficient and professional. They kept me updated on their arrival time. They listened and took notice of my input, for example which boxes I knew were heavy, or fragile, or which furniture items to be extra careful with. They were equipped with appropriate moving tools and knew how best to use them to ensure the furniture was moved safely and smoothly. They managed a narrow door and corridor at the delivery address with apparent ease. I was very impressed and will certainly recommend Kent to my friends, and will contact Kent in the future if I have more items to move.
